"I DO" 2/06/2010

February 6, 2010 Daniel and I said "I Do"
Daniel left for HALO in January and was in Arizona, I was in Florida and kind of out the blue we decided to get married in Las Vegas so besides making the final decisions about things the wedding preperation fell mostly on Rick and Cathy (THANK YOU!) and it turned out wonderful, as you can see!
So I have to comment on this cereal milk fountain, so the entire time we were dating Daniel always talked about having a cereal milk fountain at our wedding (joking but he still wanted it) so as we were planning the wedding he started to talk even more about his milk fountain and I of course told him "No!"

Which was not the same thing I told Cathy, when I called her to arrange for having a cereal milk fountain. When I showed Daniel the milk fountain on our wedding day, I think he was more excited about the milk fountain then he was about being married:) (Oh and Josh I have SOLID evidence of you spiking the milk fountain with chocolate milk......)

We had intentions of doing a SkyDive wedding followed by a small reception that evening, but unfortunately due to bad weather we were unable to make the jump, but we were still able to make the leap that evening at the church which worked out perfect!

Let the party begin!
Surrounded by good friends and good family we celebrated with a small reception, complete with The House of Bounce, balloons, a popcorn machine, cotton candy and corn dogs! Honestly I don't think I have ever smiled so much in my life! Now I completely understand why they call it your happiest day of your life, it truly is!

Get your cake and eat it too!

Thanks to some family friends of Daniels I was able to email a picture of the cake I wanted to Cathy and the cake came out perfect, almost identical to the picture! The best part was that it tasted pretty darn good as well! Hope it still taste good after a year!

Calling all single ladies........

Put your hands up girls here it comes.....(hey Ashley catch!)

Nice One Giles!

And lets not forget those handsome single men.....

Apparently the boys had a hard time playing catch, cause they had to do 2 rounds, hence Daniel denoting round 2. In the end Andrew managed to wear the crown....

The Dance
I'm sitting here posting this wondering to myself where was my Dad? I never did get to dance with him....you owe me Dad:)

If any of you listen to country and have ever heard the song by Martina McBride Mine, well if I could have written a song for Daniel that would be it! He truly is amazing and he truly is mine;)
